The ZED-Clamps (ZC) are the most popular style of the hysterectomy clamps. They are also known as Z-Clamps or Zeppelin Clamps. They were designed by Deter Von Zeppelin from Munich.
Two problems that usually occur with Hysterectomy Forceps are that they will slip off and/or crush the tissue. ZED-Clamps are guaranteed not to do either.
