Online orders are accepted at all times, except during periodic maintenance and other site outages. Customer Service is available between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm (EST) weekdays, excluding holidays.
Terms are Net 30 Days. VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted. All shipments are F.O.B. Elmwood Park, New Jersey. Freight charges are prepaid and added to customer invoice unless other arrangements have been made with customer service prior to shipment. Minimum order is 1 box. Prices are subject to change without notice. Federal (USA) Law restricts these devices to sale by or on the order of a physician.
MPM Medical Supply accepts standing orders on all products. This convenience provides you with scheduled shipments using a single purchase order. Contact customer service for more details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Currently, we can only ship to addresses within the 50 United States. We cannot ship to US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa), Post Office boxes, or to addresses outside of the USA.
As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, you will get a tracking code which will provide you with an ETA.

Approval to return merchandise is required for all returns. Contact MPM Medical Supply Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number at 800-620-2101. The request for returns should include the reason, catalog number, lot number, and invoice number. All items must be returned unopened, in full boxes, with no writing on the packaging or boxes. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within (30) days of the date of invoice. Clearly identify the return authorization number on the outside shipping carton. Material that has been opened, damaged or written on is not returnable for credit. Products manufactured as CUSTOM products are not returnable for credit.
As we are continually improving our products, the product supplied may not agree in all details with the description and specification shown in the catalog and/or price list. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Our stainless steel instruments are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for the life of the instrument. This warranty does not include maintenance such as sharpening due to general use or damage caused by improper care or cleaning methods. The following limited warranties also apply: Laparoscopic Instruments – 2-year warranty; LEEP Instruments – 1-year limited warranty for the nylon coating. All disposable instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials up until the product expiration date.

We respect your privacy. We will not sell or share your name, phone number or any information about you with any other company without your expressed written permission. We do not do any telemarketing (we ask for your phone number in the rare event that there is a problem with your order, or if we need to verify credit card information for your protection).
