Requesting a Return Authorization
Before initiating a return, it is essential to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). To request a return authorization, please contact our Customer Service team at 800-620-2101. When making your request, provide the following information:
- Reason for Return: Please specify why you are returning the merchandise to help us improve our products and services.
- Catalog Number: Include the catalog number of the item you wish to return.
- Lot Number: Provide the lot number associated with the product.
- Invoice Number: Include the invoice number associated with the purchase.
Return Conditions & Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unopened Items: All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to ensure their integrity.
- Packaging and Boxes: Ensure that the packaging and boxes are in their original condition with no writing or damage.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Timeframe: Returns will only be accepted within (30) days of the date of the invoice.
- Identification: Clearly indicate the assigned Return Authorization Number (RA) on the outside of the shipping carton.
Sending Back Merchandise
Once you have obtained a Return Authorization Number (RA) and ensured that your return meets our guidelines, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:
- Package the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring they meet the condition requirements mentioned above.
- Clearly label the outside of the shipping carton with the assigned Return Authorization Number (RA).
- Ship the merchandise to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Processing Your Return
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If your return is approved, we will process the refund or credit accordingly, minus the applicable restocking fee.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for your return to be reviewed and processed. You will be notified of the status of your return once it has been completed.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned for credit or refund:
- Opened or Damaged Items: Merchandise that has been opened, damaged, or shows signs of use is not eligible for return or credit.
- Custom Products: Products that have been manufactured as custom items, specifically tailored to your requirements, cannot be returned for credit.
