Non-warranty or non-custom product returns are accepted for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery provided they are accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Our stainless steel instruments are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for the life of the instrument. This warranty does not include maintenance such as sharpening due to general use or damage caused by improper care or cleaning methods.
