Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Order processing can take 1-5 days depending on product availability (can, occasionally, be longer if supply chain issue). We strive to overcommunicate the status of orders and shipping timing. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you. As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, you will get a tracking code which will provide you with an ETA for arrival. Currently, we can only ship to addresses within the 50 United States. Non-warranty or non-custom product returns are accepted for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery provided they are accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Our stainless steel instruments are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and material for the life of the instrument. This warranty does not include maintenance such as sharpening due to general use or damage caused by improper care or cleaning methods. The following limited warranties also apply: Laparoscopic Instruments – 2-year warranty; LEEP Instruments – 1-year limited warranty for the nylon coating.
